A lane of Interstate 70 east is closed Monday morning in Guernsey County following a semi accident.
The Cambridge Post of the State Highway Patrol said just before 1a.m. a semi truck hit a cow near the weigh station, going off the road and spilling 45,000 pounds of limestone into the right lane and part of the grassy berm.
The Ohio Department of Transportation is on the scene helping to clear the lane for traffic. They hope to have it re-open by 9a.m. Monday.
The State Highway Patrol said the left lane is open to traffic.
No injuries were reported.
