90 Open Positions At Time Warner Cable

With the increase of call volume, products and services, Time Warner Cable is hiring 90 fill full-time customer service representatives at their North Pointe Drive call center location.

"This is just another example of our commitment to the area in creating jobs," said Time Warner Cable Spokesman, Mike Hogan. "Last year we created 182 jobs and with this 90 heading into 2014 really shows that Zanesville is important to us and that we create a lot of jobs here."

Customer service representatives will assist residential customers with billing, technical support and troubleshooting questions or concerns. Interested applicants can attend the job fair this Thursday, December 5 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Hogan suggests dressing business professional and to bring a "polished" resume with you.

"We’re looking for candidates with two to three years customer service experience, good communication skills and just that background in telecommunications if they have it."
