Breaking and Entering at Newark High School

Licking County Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $1,000 reward for anyone with information leading to an arrest in a breaking and entering and theft at Newark High School.

The Newark Division of Police reports on the night of November 20, a man entered Newark High School and stole a set of keys, credit cards, and a checkbook out of the principal’s office. The suspect fled the building after being spotted by a custodian.

The suspect is described as a white male, 18-25 years old, about 5’10", and 240 pounds. He was seen wearing a red winter coat with a hood, baggy pants, brown gloves, and black boots.

Pictures of the suspect were taken by the school’s security camera.
