Book Signing for Young Author

A book signing was held on Saturday for a young and up and coming author.

14- year- old, Audrey Brahler set up shop at " A Novel Concept" book store in Newark to promote her latest piece of work. She says she started writing in classes years ago and now she is the author of her first published book. The book is titled "Rascal" and it is centered around a 3 -year-old German Shepard. The book has many adventurous scenes, but she says one stands out as her favorite.

"Probably when rascal goes into the forest and meets the little bunny rabbit and it becomes his best friend," said Brahler.

She says the book is a good read for people of any age, but in the future she plans to write books for teenagers and young adults. She is already gearing up for future projects including writing a second part to her story.

" I hope to publish many more books and to get word out there that I exist and how my books exists and there are stories to be told," said Brahler.
