A fire destroys a barn in Muskingum County.

At around 1:30 p.m. the Dresden Fire Department was called to 10362 Frazeysburg Road to deal with a fully engulfed barn fire. Firefighters say they have yet to determine a cause of the blaze.

"It was reported that the tractor was on fire, but we really don’t know at this point what started it .The owners live here on the farm and we haven’t really been able to talk to them too much yet, " said Dresden Fire Department Assistant Chief, Harold Wolford.

Assistant Chief Wolford says it took about twenty to thirty minutes to get the fire under control. Other vehicles and farm equipment were also destroyed in the fire. The Falls Township and Frazeysburg Fire Departments also assisted on the scene. The fire remains under investigation.
