Spring Forward is Here

On Saturday people will lose an hour of sleep due to daylight savings.

Typically people change their clocks at 2 a.m. in the morning, but if you’re not up just make sure to do it before going to bed.

People should also make sure to change your smoke alarms as well.

An easy way to remember which way to turn your clock is by remembering the phrase "Fall Back and Spring Forward."
