Foundation Spring Grant Winners 2014

The Muskingum County Community Foundation Thursday announced its 2014 grant winners.  The biggest distribution will go to the Zanesville Muskingum County Convention and Visitors Bureau and Muskingum County Commissioners which will use the funds to purchase permanent L-E-D lighting for use on the County Courthouse and along the banks of the Muskingum River.  The Artist Colony of Zanesville is getting 5-thousand dollars for use to underwrite the cost of entertainment for the 2014 Y-Bridge Arts Festival and the Muskingum Valley Health Center will receive 4-thousand dollars to distribute books to low income families.  In all eight non-profit organizations are getting funding this year.

Zanesville Appalachian Arts Project – $2,500
John-Annie Glenn Museum Foundation – $2,500
Community of Voices – $1,500
C.A.S.S.-M.I.N.D – $2,000
