A Crooksville teacher, who recently resigned amid allegations of kissing a female student, has been charged in the incident.
Court records show that former Crooksville High School teacher Danielle Lusk is charged with one count of Contributing to the Unruliness of a Minor".
Crooksville Schools Superintendent Russ McGlothlin said he was made aware by the Perry County Sheriff’s Department that it was investigating a situation involving the 29-year-old teacher and a female student. McGlothlin said it was reported to him earlier this month that Lusk admitted to kissing the female student, in school and outside of school. Lusk resigned from her position earlier this month.
An arraignment has been set for June 3 in Perry County Court.
