Seven people indicted in connection with the misspending of around $500,000 meant for the Harrison Township EMS Squad go before a judge.
Brian Hatfield, Richard Bennett, Robert Hatfield, Beverly Hatfield, Heather Price, Mary Randals and Terry Randals will be arraigned Wednesday morning in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court.
Attorney General Spokesperson Kate Hansen said the alleged activity happened between 2008-2012.
The Muskingum County Prosecutor Mike Haddox said all seven face one count each of money laundering and engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity. They also face at least one count of theft.
WHIZ will have a crew in the courtroom for arraignments and will have more details of the case.
