The Ohio Department of Natural Resources has released the identities of the two men who drowned in the Muskingum River last week.  ODNR says the victims were 35-year-old Travis Krouskoupf and 24-year-old Kenny Tucker, both of Zanesville.  Spokeswoman Eileen Corsonp; says based on witnesses last Tuesday the two men were in a boat that went over the low head dam knocking them into the river. The victims were seen floating and yelling for help but then went under water and never resurfaced.  Their bodies were recovered from the river on Friday.  Corson says the final report on this incident is not yet completed so the incident remains under investigation.
