Zanesville Men Face Fifth and Sixth OVI Charge

A Zanesville man will appear in court Monday morning, after being charged with his sixth OVI.

TheZzanesville Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol said 44-year-old Justin W. Omen of Zanesville was charged with Operating a Vehicle Under the Influence on August 1 for the sixth time.

He is scheduled to appear in Zanesville Municipal Court at 9am Monday.

Additionally, the Patrol says 63-year-old James R. Stilwell of South Zanesville was arrested and charged with his fifth OVI, after a traffic stop in Springfield Township on June 18.

His case was presented to a Muskingum County Grand Jury, pending felony OVI charges.
