The Zanesville Muskingum County Chamber of Commerce is providing a seminar to help businesses improve on customer service. Its Customer-Focused Culture Seminar will focus on how to push customer service skills and attitudes through your organizations. Tom Poorman, President of the Z-M Chamber of Commerce explained why he feels a customer service seminar is important.
"As leaders of organizations, and company owners and small businesses owners, we all know that. But, what do we do really on a daily basis to make sure that everybody in a consistent way is implementing great customer service? We generally don’t do a lot and as a result we have weak spots in our organization."
The seminar will be held on Friday, September 12, 2014 at the John McIntire Library auditorium from 9a.m. till 12p.m.
"One of the great things about this program is that it can really apply to any industry, because we all have customers" said Poorman. "Even if you are a wholesaler, or a manufacturer. You have both internal and external customers within your organization."
