A Delaware County Grand Jury had returned a 14-count indictment against two men charged with multiple break-ins around Ohio and in Muskingum County.

The Delaware County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office says that 30-year-old James Blakenship of Mt. Gilead and 37-year-old Corby Creech of Cardington are accused of break-ins at humane societies, animal shelters, dog pounds and a car wash in the buckeye state. Muskingum County Sheriff Matt Lutz says locally his office investigated some of the break-ins.

In all 17 counties were included in the indictment. No animals were hurt during the incidents. Arraignments for Blakenship and Creech have not yet been set.
