COLUMBUS, Ohio – Ohio State wide receiver Noah Brown announced Sunday via twitter that he plans to join the growing list of Buckeye players leaving college early for the NFL.
The New Jersey native missed all of last season with a broken leg. In his first year as a starter he was OSU’s second leading receiver. Brown caught 32 passes for 402 yards and seven touchdowns. His breakout game came in the win over Oklahoma when he tied a school record with four touchdown receptions.
Brown announced his decision to give up his last two years of eligibility on Twitter saying in part, “I have decided it is time for me to move on to the next level and chase my dreams.â€
Brown’s decision to leave makes him the fourth Buckeye to leave early for the NFL, joining Raekwon McMillan, Gareon Conley, and Malik Hooker.
