NELSONVILLE, Ohio- Authorities have captured one man and continue to search for two others who escaped from SEPTA Correctional Facility in Nelsonville.
Nelsonville Police said 30-year old David G. Skeens was found in Licking County. He escaped with Justin D. Stanley at approximately 3:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 1st.
Authorities are also searching for another inmate, Troy Brandon Tyler Byrd, who went missing from the SEPTA Correctional Facility around 7:40 p.m. on Saturday, April 1st.
Skeens was apprehended by Licking County Law Enforcement authorities, but Stanley and Byrd remain at-large.
Stanley is described as 25-years-old, 6 ft. 2 in., 190 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes last seen wearing a black shirt with blue jeans and black shoes. He was incarcerated for a third-degree felony for burglary.
Byrd is described as 29-years-old, 5 ft. 7 in., 145 pounds with black hair and brown eyes last seen wearing blue jeans and a blue hoodie and identified by a tattoo on his neck. He was incarcerated for fifth-degree felony of possession of heroin.
If you see Stanley or Byrd, it is advised you do not approach them and contact local law enforcement.
