ZANESVILLE, Ohio – The Zanesville City Schools released a statement to all 11th grade parents that their child’s ACT results may be invalid.
The school was notified that the results may be invalidated by ACT. The decision was made based on an interpretation of guidelines. Zaneville Schools say their interpretation of the ACT guidelines differs from what they expected.
They have acknowledged that these specific guidelines could be misconstrued, but it still must go through a formal review process.
The district has arranged for the SAT to be offered at the high school on Saturday, June 3rd at 7:30 a.m. for all 11th graders do not have an SAT or ACT score as of May 16th. The test will be offered at no cost.
