Residents rode along with the Y-City Hogs. The rides started because a resident said she wanted to do something different.
“I have a resident that lives here that always says to me I want to do something wild and crazy, said Sales Director Cindy Clark. “(The resident said) I’m tired of doing the same old thing. She said she’d love to ride a motorcycle and that’s how it started last year.”
Resident Janet Stults said she rode last year and couldn’t wait to ride again this year.
Some people were afraid to get on, but I was the first one on,” said Stults. “I got the short ride. They didn’t realize they could take us around more than once. I had to come back today to go around twice.”
There were over twenty resident riders. The oldest person to get on a bike was a 101 year old.
