ZANESVILLE, Ohio-  The 3rd annual Putnam Jamfest took place at Putnam Landing Park in Zanesville.

12 Churches worked together to put on a community-wide event that included bands, free food, gift giveaways for all ages and a prayer tent for those interested. Event Coordinator, Rick Tanner, said this event shows people coming together.

“Everything that’s always been on my heart is unity,” said Tanner. “With everyone coming together this is a great example of it (unity.)”

Worship pastor at Cornerstone Church, Adam Wahl, said the people involved make this event unique.

“We love the people,” said Wahl. “Zanesville and Muskingum County is one of the best places on earth. We love the people who live here. It doesn’t matter who you are everyone’s friendly.”

Wahl welcomes anyone, who wasn’t able to be a part of this year’s event, to come to next years Putnam Jamfest.
