WEST LAFAYETTE, Ohio–Authorities in Coshocton County are investigating an ATV accident that seriously injured a 32-year-old man.
Coshocton County Sheriff Tim Rogers said the accident happened just before 1:30 p.m. Monday near the waste water treatment plant in West Lafayette.
Rogers said Kolt Daugherty of West Lafayette was traveling east in a corn field when he lost control of his four wheeler in a ditch and rolled it several times. Daugherty was ejected off the four wheeler. Authorities said he was not wearing a helmet.
Daugherty was flown from the scene by MedFlight to Grant Hospital in Columbus. His condition is unknown at this time.
