ZANESVILLE, Ohio- The Muskingum County Dog Warden and Adoption Center has a new dog ready to be a part of your family.
This is Cooper. Deputy Dog Warden Brittany Calihan said he was an owner surrender and is an inside dog. Cooper knows a lot of tricks including shake.
“He can beg, he can sit and he can beg. He actually went to Pet Valu this weekend and we learned that he likes to wear jackets. So, we put one on him today and he just loves it,” said Calihan.
He’s a terrier mix and ready to be adopted immediately. He likes to run around and play. He has been at the adoption center since December and he is ready to get out of the kennel and be part of a family.
“He’s very gentle. He’s very patient. When we say sit, he waits until you give him the treat and he takes it very easy,” said Calihan.
If you are interested in adopting Cooper, you can set up an interaction with him by calling the adoption center at 740-453-0273.
