East Chicago Pizza Robbed

The seaarch is on for two men who held up a local pizza shop in South Zanesville. Chief Jim Landerman stated that just before 11PM last night, two males wearing ski masks entered the East Of Chicago Pizza store on the Maysville PIke through the back door. One of the suspects pulled out a pistol and the other a knife. The two made off with an undertermined amount of cash. There were six people in the pizza shop when the armed robbery occured. No one was hurt. Witnesses are not sure if the suspects fled on foot or in a car. If you saw anything during last night's robbery, youa re being asked to call the South Zanesville Police or the Muskingum County Sheriff's office.
