Many students are heading back to classes all over the state of Ohio this week. And some of those students will be heading back to buildings with overcrowding problems. Half of the 30 school districts in Ohio that are opening or completing mainly state-funded buildings are already full of near capacity. Districts with concerns aobut space and the total cost of their projects include New Lexington in Perry County, Morgan Local in Morgan County and Maysville Local in Muskingum County.
