Some new developments in a shooting at the Canteen Bar this past April. What started out as an attempted murder and felonious assult charge has now become much more serious. You may recall 23 year old Efetayo Deloach of Coshocton was shot in the head when he was leaving the Canteen Bar. At last report he was transported to Good Smaritian Hospital and listed in critical condition. The man in custody for the shooting is 22 year old James Drew Woods. He was orginally charged with one count of attempted murder and one count of felonious assualt. Now the case has taken a more serious turn. The grand jury did indict Woods today on one count of murder, one count of attempted murder and one count of felonious assault and one count of having a waepon under disability. Police say there was no known motive in the fatal shooting.
