It was good news bad news on the education front in Muskingum county in Tuesday's General Election. First the good, Tri-Valley voters said yes to a bond issue that will mean new construction and renovations. But it was bad news in the West Muskingum School District where voters turned down a bond issue for new construction. In the race for Zanesville City Council, the winners, Ted Zakany, Ralph Hennessey and Dan Vincent. In the race for first ward City Council the winner was Mark Baker. There were also some liquor options on the ballot and voters said yes to Winerak Market, Crystal Springs Golf Club and C-plus Market.
