People who have made fundraising and giving an art form were honored Thursday afternoon at Bryan Place in downtown Zanesville. The Hills of Ohio Chapter Association of Fundraising tries to honor those, on National Philanthropy Day, that have raised or given money in order to make a difference in their community. David Mitzel, president of the chapter, says that by celebrating those who give back to their community sends a very important message. This year's honorees were Andrew B. Dover; he received the Outstanding Volunteer Fund Raiser Award; Norman, Jones, Enlow and Company received the Outstanding Business Award; Lee Magogg received the Outstanding Community Leader Award and J. Gilbert Reese received the Outstanding Philanthropist Award.
