If you ask anyone they can probably tell you where they were when the clock struck twelve on New Years Eve. But can they tell you what they were doing? Not many are able to give you an answer after suffering from the dreaded hangover the next morning. We've got some tips so you can avoid the discomfort and torment on the day after. The human liver can metabolize about one ounce of alcohol an hour and there is one ounce of alcohol in one glass of wine, one shot and one mixed drink. If you consume one drink per hour then your body has a better chance of preventing intoxication. But what if you have passed your limit and it is to late to go easy on the suds, how do you handle the headache and nausea the next morning. Dairy products can also make your hangover a little easier to handle. Milk and yogurt would be beneficial. Eating a greasy breakfast is another way to coat your belly.
