Just as the Zanesville School district saw improvement so did the other city schools around the area, the numbers went up in Coshocton, Newark and Cambridge.
The Coshocton City School district did more than just skin by over last year’s results. They went from receiving 13 of 27 state standards and being under academic watch, to meeting 17 of 27 and continuous improvement.
In Cambridge, the numbers also got better. The district also went from Academic Watch to Continuous Improvement, then from 11 of 27 to 15 of 27.
The results in Newark weren’t exactly wild, but they did ready steady. They made a one level jump from Academic Watch to Continuous Improvement, and a one number jump from 12 to 13.
