The state of Ohio is helping people with their dreams of buying their own home. At least once a year, the Ohio Finance Agency provides bond money to state lenders to underwrite mortgage loans at a very low and competitive rate. Last year the bank was able to run the program from March to September. But this year, the money available is statewide and is available on a first come first serve basis. For more information on the housing program, you can call century National Bank at 454-6892 or visit the agency's website at www.ODOD.STATE.OH.US/OHFA.
