Local pastors are gathering together to promote Christianity and unity within the Zanesville community. Because of the incidents that have taken place in the area, these congregations are coming together to pray for the city. Every month the community prayer services are held at 7:14pm. Zanesville and the community has experienced quite a bit of tragedy in the past few months and for guidance and understanding the pastors who have organized these services feel that being unified is important. Residents are encouraged to join in the services and be a part of the prayer gatherings to pray for community leaders, teachers, law enforcement, city officials and local servicemen. The New Hope Full Gospel Church will be holding a community prayer service on Saturday March 16th at 7:14pm, the next community service will be held at the Rolling Plains United Methodist Church on Saturday April 20th at the same time.
