The cement, steel beams, and wire out at the Zanesville Art Center aren’t part of a sculpture. It’s the building material used to build an improved version of the Zanesville Art Center. Phase one is well underway. The crews are preparing for phase two, when the core of the Dunlap House will be remodeled. The entire project will double the size of the art center. Over 2/3 of the funding is already in place. But they still need to raise around 9 hundred thousand dollars. While the campaign and building continues, so does learning about the art. The entire project is set to be completed in February 2003.
