Tree seedling sales by the Ohio Department Of Natural Resources are drawing to a close. State foresters are encouraging Ohioans to get their orders in before the April 12th deadline. State nurseries carry many species of trees but the demand of certain types have made supplies very limited. The bare root tree seedlings sold by the ODNR are used in many conservation efforts in the state of Ohio. The price range of the seedlings depend on the type and quanity purchased. In the past 80 years, the ODNR Division Of Forestry has produced more than 5-million seedlings a year. Seedling order forms are available by calling 1-877-691-8773.
