You can call it a case of neighborhood justice. A robbery at Zanesville store, was stopped by a group of boys with a garden hoe. Around 11:30 last night, 30-year-old Robert Brown of Zanesville broke into Mother Tuckers. He threw a rock into the glass door and stole 4 cartons of cigarettes. The east end neighborhood watch was in full gear. A group of seven guys chased Brown and knocked him down with a garden hoe. They then held him until the police arrived. The guys said they did it in memory of Jim Tucker. Brown is currently locked up in the Zanesville City Jail, and charged with one count of breaking and entering around one count of theft.
