The Ohio Consumers’ Counsel will be at the Muskingum County Center for Seniors on April 11th at 10:30am for a presentation on utility questions, concerns and misunderstandings. It is free to the public and the community is welcome to attend. Since the Consumers’ Counsel is the middleman, they are advocates for the consumer who cannot reach their utility provider or have a question about a bill or payment. The Counsel has been active for 25 years and holds remote office presentations often to assist in handling utility issues. Call the Center for Seniors at 454-9761 and for additional information concerning the Ohio Consumers’ Counsel call 1-877-PICKOCC or visit their website at www.pickocc.org.
