The West Muskingum School District and the Zanesville School District got a little financial help from a ground hog and the Muskingum County Community Foundation Council. Each year the foundation hosts an annual event call the Ground Hog day celebration. The foundation raised over 5 thousand dollars, giving each school district 25 hundred dollars. Both the schools are using the money to gain support for their levy.
