A Noble county teenager is going to prison. 16-year-old Matthew Lallathin was sentenced Friday in Noble County Common Pleas Court to 15-years-to-life. This comes after a jury spent two hours deliberating Thursday before convicting the teen with murder with a gun specification. Lallathin also got three years tacked to his sentence for using a gun. Lallathin was convicted of shooting and killing 38-year-old Todd Morrison of Byesville last fall when Morrison stopped to help him in a traffic accident.
