It's back to the phones and the cakes at Colony Square Mall as the Carr Center Cake Auction enters day two on Friday. The fundraiser collected 62-thousand-205 dollars during the first day on Thursday. That's about two-thousand dollars more than the first day last year. There are over 400 cakes that will be auctioned off during the two day event. You can listen to the event on WHIZ A-M 1240 radio or you can hear it live on the internet at WHIZ AMFMTV.COM. After the auction there will be the lighting of the candles on the "Y"
bridge cake with Olympic Silver Medalist Lea Ann Parsley. If 3333 candles are lit a new world record will be set.
