The Muskingum College girl charged in the death of her newborn baby will be in court Wednesday morning. 21-year-old Jennifer Bryant's attorney has filed a motion to supress evidence in the case. Attorney Aron Miller last month asked the court to suppress statements his client gave to Muskingum County sheriff's detectives. Miller says detectives did not allow him to meet with his client until they were done with their interview. Miller claims it's a violation to his client's right to due process. Bryant is charged with one count of involuntary manslaughter, one count of child endangering and abuse of a corpse. Her baby was found in a trash bin behind her dorm on February 4th.
