The Morgan county sheriff's office says it made a big drug bust and now has two local residents in custody and are searching for a third. Sheriff Tom Jenkins Sr. says it was a cooperative effort between his department, the Cleveland police department and the local prosecutor's office. Last week Cleveland police alerted Morgan county authorities that a Morgan county man was suspected of being involved in a drug distribution ring which extended from Mexico to Cleveland. During a subsequent search, deputies found a large quantity of marijuana, a substantial amount of cash, firearms and assorted power and hand tools. The sheriff says 47-year-old Hank Halloway and 34-year-old Marsha Halloway are in custody. But 29-year-old Kelly Adkins remains at large. All three are from Chesterhill.
