Dresden Community Shocked by Puppy's Death

A small town community is shocked by gruesome procedures in a puppy's cold-blooded death. A Dresden resident is trying to make sense why a council member was given permission by the Mayor, and police Cief to shoot a puppy in a residential area. Council member Terry Ripple is being accused of brutally shooting a dog three times while sitting in his truck on Cass Street in Dresden. Jennifer Hare an eyewitness has filed a complaint against the police chief, mayor, and Ripple for neglecting their positions as authoritative figures.
