A lawsuit says the Z-Bus company has violated the Sunshine Law. Today, the Professional Transit Management filed the suit against the company. Ohio's Sunshine Law requires public institutions to hold their meetings in public, the meeting in question deals with a contract for new management. Brent Stubbins, the attorney for Z-Bus mentioned that the public is not to expect any disruptions in their bus service while the company sorts out legal matters. The board will meet next week to decide wether or not to let the companies re-bid or to let the courts decide.
