Some Ohio members of congress criticized a federal appeals court ruling in California that reciting the pledge of allegiance in public schools is unconstitutional becasue of the phrase, "under God". Senator George Voinovich sys if Ohio can keep its motto "with God, all things are possible", the pledge should be constitutional, too. Congressman Bob Ney of St. Clairsville says "this bizarre ruling shows how far this leftist judge has strayed from the fundamental principals and values on which our nation was founded."
