It's just like the olympics, but there are a few differences that make it special. Six different starting points throughout the state will help kick-off the opening ceremonies of the Special Olympics, which begins tomorrow. Law Enforcement will carry the "Flame of Hope," throughout various cities as they collect money for the Special Olympics. As part of a statewide effort, the goal is to raise 250-thousand dollars.
