Water Shortage?

The recent hot and humid weather conditions is taking a toll on our area's water supply. Since we have not had a lot of rainy weather over the past two months, the Zanesville Water Works is asking residents to help protect the current water supply. Until we come out of the current dry spell, there are a couple of things that Muskingum County residents can do to avoid a mandatory water conservation notice. Zanesville Water Works Superintendent Bob Pletcher suggest simple things like watering your lawn and plants only when needed.
