After bids were opened for Muskingum County computer services this morning, it looks like Cott Systems will upgrade existing computer systems for $151,834. Six companies expressed interest in servicing the county computers, yet only Cott Systems submitted a bid. County officials say they're pleased with the bid choice, as Cott Systems has been their vendor for more than 20 years. Cashier, index, and imaging systems will be upgraded and internet capabilities will be added. County officials say they expect the upgrades will be complete by mid-winter.
