The executive director of the Center For Child And Family Development speaks out tonight about the center being turned inot a halfway house that will house sexual offenders. The Center which is liscensed under the Ohio Deparmtment Of Human Services has been dealing with neglected and abused kids for the past ten years. It was over the past year that they have decided to provide services to children who exhibit inappropriate behaviors due to sexual abuse. Renovations are being done on the facility so that the Center will be able to provide foster care and treatment for around 46-children who suffer fram an array of difficulties. According to Melissa Daley they are not running a halfway house or a prison. She states that the the center will be a treatment center for children who have been abused.
