Buckey Egg Farm owner Anton Pohlman's 288-acre horse farm and mansion in Licking county sold for five and a quater million dollars. That's according to Longaberger Basket spokeswoman Julie Moorehead. The farm was purchased in July by Rachel Longaberger, who's president of Longaberger chairty division. Formerly called Hartford Farm, the property has been renamed Scion Farms. Moorehead says it will be used to breed thoroughbreds and as a home for a therapeutic riding program for disabled children. The estate includes a seven-thousand-square foot mansion with indoor pool, sauna and mahogany floors, and two state of the art horse barns and other equestrian facilities. It's located near Hartford in northwest Licking county.
