What's holding you back? If it's not a seatbelt, you might have to explain your reasoning to a state highway patrolman. Authorities say they expect a lot of traffic to travel through the Muskingum Valley throughout Labor Day Weekend and half those travelers won't be buckled up. Local authorities say they will be out in force and will not hesitate to issue a traffic citation for not wearing a seat belt if they pull someone over for another violation. Ohio State Highway Patrol officers say they're enforcing seat belt use for everyone's safety -- even if it means doling out tickets to those traveling without restraint.
