Ever since last year's terrorist attacks in New York, Washington, and Pennsylvania...Homeland Security has been one of the most important issues in our nation. After September 11th, The White House challenged each state to come up with a comprehensive statewide response plan. According to "Ohio's Security Task Force" chairperson Lt. Govenor Maureen O'Connor, the state of Ohio is well prepared. Lt. Govenor O'Connor says that Ohio was ranked in the top 4 states in the country for their level of preparedness by the office of Homeland Security.
