After three consecutive tries to pass a bond issue, the West Muskingum School District finally passed their bond issue. Students, parents and educators say they've needed additional funding for quite some time, but passing a levy now is better than never. Funds raised by the bond issue will be used to construct a new high school and two, new elementary schools. Schools are not expected to be completed for a few years.
