Old Man Winter leaves his calling card in the first major snowstorm of the season. The storm dumped around 4 inches of the snow on Zanesville and much more the farhter south you go like in Roseville and into Morgan county. Most communities in southeastern Ohio remain under a level one snow emergency which means roads are hazardous with blowing and drifting snow...drive slowly. But most of the main road are now clear since crews have had a chance to plow and salt. Most schools also were canceled today due to the weather.
